States balking breakdown of money
House financial services sector, the supervisory board are determined to see that States have bilked more money for investors. And state regulators are not happy.
A provision in a bill introduced on May 20, Richard Baker, R-La., Chairman of House Financial Services subcommittee on capital markets is the need to participate in the Securities and Exchange Commission, any agglomeration money securities fraud in connection with violations of Confederation. The SEC would then return money to investors wherever possible.
Mr. Baker, the bill with the support of House Financial Services Committee Chairman Michael Oxley, R-Ohio, is a co-sponsor of the bill.
