Bankruptcy Court aims to Bangor
Hundreds of Great Northern Paper Inc. suppliers invited to prove they do not receive preferential treatment when the company is paid within three months before its bankruptcy Jan 9 storage.
Over the past few weeks, Gary Growe, the administrator of the Great Northern mass bankruptcy, by e-mail letters to suppliers, advances received federal $ 5000 or more during the 90 days before bankruptcy.
